Crystal Meanings

Each of the crystals we sell has it’s own special meaning and attributes. We have listed below a brief overview of each:

Agate: Helps to overcome negativity, by bringing in more love & courage. Soothing & calming. Balances the yin & yang. Grounds & centres the physical body while helping to safely release any emotional trauma.

Amazonite: Lessens stress & self-defeating behaviors by calming & building self-esteem. Protects against E.M.S. Enhances, intuition, creativity & intellect.

Amethyst: Extremely powerful & protective stone. Transmutes negative energy into love. Helps you to feel less scattered & facilitates the decision making process. Note: If you class yourself as a super sensitive person (also for children), Amethyst is probably best placed away from the side table next to the bed or under the bed or pillow! It opens up the Crown Chakra. Given most sensitive people consciously & unconsciously filter energies all day long, shutting yourself down whilst you are asleep is extremely important. It might be the only break you get all day

Ammonites: These creatures lived in the seas between 240 – 65 million years ago, when they became extinct along with the dinosaurs. It is a protective stone, giving stability and structure.

Angelite: Is celestite that has been compressed over thousands of years. Facilitates contact with the Angelic realm. Brings in compassion, understanding & acceptance of situations we have no control over.

Black Obsidian: Grounding & protective. Extremely powerful effects on releasing emotions, use with respect.

Black Tourmaline: Anchors & grounds sacred space. It repels adverse energies. It protects, calms & shields us in fearful situations.

Bloodstone: Intense healing stone and a stone of courage. The message within is to “be here now” and offers the mastery of renewal.

Blue Aventurine: Stone of prosperity. Diffuses negative situations & help can turn them around. It is a powerful mental healer.

Blue Calcite: Gentle stone for recuperation & relaxation. Releases             negative emotions. Aids clear communication.
